Weekend top 5

Thank you for the supporting comments on the post below. I apparently needed to get that off my chest and was glad to read your responses.

Here is my weekend top 5. I am doing it from Friday - Sunday, not necessarily what I had the most fun doing.
  1. Friday a friend of ours came over with one of her two sons. It was really good to see her & her "baby." She and I went to Michael's while Mike watched the three kids. It was a nice 40 minute break.

  2. Saturday morning we got up and went to Taylor's t-ball game. I love going to watch these games, the kids are so funny and it is all in fun. (They don't keep score and everyone bats once then they take the field. No strikes and no outs.)

  3. After that I went grocery shopping quickly and the girls went home with my parents. I went over there for a little while then went to clean my grandma's bathroom because she was coming home from FL Saturday evening.

  4. After cleaning I went home and got a shower and gave the girls a shower so we could go to the mother daughter banquet at our church. It was a good time of fellowship with some GREAT food. After I got the girls in bed that night, I went to go visit my grandma.

  5. We are going to have to fit all of Sunday into one so this will definitely be my longest. We got up and went to church. After church we had lunch, Mike went to my grandma's to help her put in her air conditioner and the girls laid down for a nap. My plan was to go sweep out my car when he got home, but instead, when I called my sister, she told me how my brother was standing up, took a bite of his sandwich & passed out. He bounced his head off her knee, came up and hit Bella's head and landed face down in a pile of blankets. Once he came too, he asked what happened then started throwing up. We convinced him to go to the hospital to be checked out (I'm thinking Natasha Richardson at this point) and they gave him some fluids and sent him home. He survived the night (which I was truthfully worried about) and I haven't spoken to him today, but am hoping he is feeling better. After the whole hospital thing, Mike & I took the girls to Sesame Street Live. Callee is the perfect age to do this type of stuff with and it was great to watch her enjoying it. Taylor seemed bored part of the time, but overall, I think she too had a good time. These pictures aren't great because they were taken with my cell phone, but here you go!

I am glad you got your husband to go to the hospital, I think we all do not take head injuries seriously.

Glad there wasn't any serious damage, but how scary!

I agree about the ball "games". They crack me up. Can you imagine how long real games would take if they played by the same rules? I am having so much fun going to Noah's every week too.
