Brief Updates

I hope everyone had a great holiday. It was a nice Christmas for our family, but it was over so quickly. Mike and I said to each other on Christmas that it really didn't feel like Christmas. It's over now and my house is pretty much put back together and in order. We will take the tree down on Thursday or Friday and be done with it until next year.

I went for my sleep study on the 23rd and it was pretty boring. I will find out the results on Friday and let you all know.

We really haven't been doing too much, visiting family and we finally went to Chuck E. Cheese since we had been promising Callee for over a month. This was the first weekend they behaved and weren't sick. We spent about 3 hours there and they had a good time. We also took one of Mike's cousins with us because she had spent the night the night before.

One realization I came to this weekend was Taylor is exactly like her father. Mike never really socialized before I met him. He was quite content to be by himself all the time which is good and bad. Taylor is the same way. The entire time Mike's cousin was with us she kept asking where Taylor was. She was usually off by herself doing her own thing which is nice considering she doesn't need constant entertaining, but she needs to learn to socialize too. If she keeps this up, she won't have any friends when she goes to school because she doesn't want to be bothered by anyone else. We definitely need to start working on that.

That is a brief update for you all and now I'm off to see what you all have been up to.

UGh.. my internet connection is sucking so bad, I just wrote a long comment and lost it because I lost the connection :(

I'm glad you had a good christmas and that the sleep study went well. Cant wait to hear the results. and Yes I agree with you christmas went by to quickly.
Glad you were able to take the girls to CEC. and that they were good and that noone was sick.

the green room LOL.. the girls wanted a lime green, I wanted a lighter lime green and they wanted one that was darker.. so this is what we agreed on. I think it is a tinker bell green :) Sweet Pea doesn't mind when I say that but Princess can't stand when I say that LOL. Hey didn't you just resently(well in the last year) paint one of the girls room?? I seem to recall that I think.

Well if I don't find time to get back online before then, have a Happy New Years.

My Taylor is just like her father as well. And it sounds like our Hubby's are very similar. Greg is very content being by himself. Morgan is more like me and we love to be with people and socialize.

That is so funny how they can be like that. My middle Nuby is favors playing along if there are "outsiders" around which is exactly how big Chris is. If we have company you can usually find him in the garage tinkering with something dumb.
