UPDATED

We have had a lot going on lately and it seems like I just can't keep up with blogging about it all. Friday night the girls and I had a fantastic time at the all women sleepover. We stayed up late, ate, played with make up, got our hair done and painted nails. We got up really early to head home on Saturday so Mike and I could leave for Columbus. We finally got on the road around 10:30, dropped the girls off at the sitter's and were on our way.

After getting almost all the way there with little delay (there was some roadwork getting on one of the highways, but it only delayed us about 20 minutes) we followed the mapquest directions and got off on our exit. Simple enough, right? Yea we thought so too since we were just there and it looked right to us. We kept driving up and down this road looking for the road we needed and couldn't find it anywhere. The problem was, we later found out, that mapquest had us get off the exit heading west and we needed to get off and go east! Finally Mike talked to his friend and we finally got on the right track. We pulled in their driveway at 3:30 p.m. (6 hours after we left home!!!) Remember this trip should have taken 3 1/2 hours at the most with the traffic due to road work included. I was not a happy camper and wanted to just get back on the highway and go home. We didn't and the rest of the time we were there wasn't too bad.

Sunday we came home (we were stopped because of traffic again and it only took 3 hours.) When I got home I found out that one of my cousins (who is at my grandma's almost every Sunday with us) had suffered a seizure that morning and was in the hospital. She's still in the hospital today getting some tests run because they don't have a cause for it yet. Then I went to my grandma's and ate lunch and hung out at my parents with the girls so Mike could study for his test he had yesterday. When the girls and I got home we ordered pizza for dinner, got baths and put the girls to bed, I was in bed by 10:30 (which is really early anymore.)

Yesterday I went to the specialist and I'll write an entirely different post on that because it entails too much. I am waiting on a call back from the girls' doctor right now because Callee has a nasty croupy cough. He will also be able to tell me the results of the final two tests we are waiting for, for Taylor. Today is a really busy day for me since I was out yesterday, but I wanted to at least post something.

One last thing, an award. AZMom passed this on to me and I am very grateful. I want to pass it on to:
Shana - she's been there since the beginning and I know I can always count on her.
Amy - I have e-mailed back and forth with her so much that she may know me better than my IRL friends. We could be the same person too, a little scary.
Kellan - she's just wonderful
Laura - even though she doesn't know it, she has taught me so much.
Now go spread the award love ladies!
****Update**** We just got the call back from the doctor and the one test that we were praying would come back negative came back positive. Now it's a waiting game to see when we can take her to the doctor and where to go from here.

Thank you so much. It's so true what you wrote. One day we will meet up and then we can say we are real life friends.

My life has been so busy and crazy I never posted the other award you gave me. Bad blogger I am. I need to get on it. See what a good friend you are, you're still handing out awards to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sweetie.
What a blessing you are, I love ya, Amy

I forgot to comment about your weekend.

Glad to see you and the girls had a fun sleepover at the church.

I just hate road construction and what the heck mapquest??? But you got there and had an o.k. time that's what matters.

I hope your cousin finds out what's going on that's terrible. And I hope everything is o.k. with you. I'll be glued to the computer waiting to read your post about what's going on with you.
