My MRI came back clear which is a huge relief. It is definitely migraines and so the neurologist put me on a preventative medicine along with the fast acting medicine he gave me last time. Hopefully this combination will work well for me and I'll be feeling better in no time.

I am swamped at work, but hopefully it won't be too bad tomorrow. I should be able to get most of the rest of it done today which will give me a nice relaxing Friday.

Bible school is going fairly well. It is from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and so my kids are exhausted emotional messes every morning. Also, they really don't get to see me too much so they miss me on top of it. I have a class of third and fourth graders, but I think we are going to skip tonight and just spend time together at home. I think the three of us really need it! They can find somebody to replace me, my girls need me and I need them!

My sister went to the doctor on Tuesday. She is 8 weeks pregnant and is due March 10. Not much in that situation has changed, but there isn't a thing anyone can do about it. I am just praying she doesn't go behind every one's back and marries this guy now (which I fear will happen) because I really don't know what would happen then.

I have begun to actively look for another job. If I find one that I really think I'll like then I'll take it, but I just know that even with a part time person here, she is NOOOO help and it is really starting to wear on me. With two young kids I know that I cannot be the only person in the office two days a week and the only person in the office that does work period. It's not fair when my kids get sick to pawn them off on someone else because I don't have anyone to fill in for me and I won't do it any longer.

Yesterday when I left for my doctors appts. I gave the part time girl a stack of things that needed done. I came in this morning and over half the stack is sitting on my desk with a note that says "I didn't know what you wanted me to do with this so I'm giving it back to you. I didn't do anything with it." She never called me to ask me what to do with it, but she did call me to ask me to come back into work because she wasn't feeling good and wanted to go home. I'm pissed right now! Btw, the stack was VERY self explanatory.

There are my updates and rants. I may post tomorrow, but if I don't get to it I hope you all have a good weekend.

Ugh. I despise laziness. BTW-it is standard employee practice. At least that is what I've discovered. I KNOW these people cannot be as dense as they try to make me believe. I just don't get it.

BTW-Yay for the cleared MRI, sucky for the migraines. I get them too and they really stink. Thankfully, most of them went away after I had Sydney. Proof that mine are essentially hormone triggered. Barometric pressure is also another one for me.

Good luck in the job hunt, I'm glad your test came back good.
Sorry about being tired from VBS. growing up we use to have ours from like 9am to 11:30am then when I was working the VBS(as a young mom) they had them from 6pm to 8pm Now that I stay home and just drop my kids off(LOL the sign of an old tired mom LOL) They did VBS from 8:45am till 2pm making for a very long day but they also changed the age group of having to be entering the 1st grade up to entering the 7th

Sounds like the person you work with is a bit dense.

Hope your head meds work well.

Glad that all was clear with the MRI! That is such good news. Now I pray that the meds work for you to find some much needed relief.

And I don't blame you about being upset with that co-worker. (that term, co-worker, used loosely!) WOW!! Some people. I hope that you are able to find just the right job. :o)
