Taylor's discipline problems

I was asking Taylor on the way home last night how daycare was going and if she was behaved there. She said it was going good, but she had to sit in time out a couple of times last week for writing on other kids' papers and stealing their crayons. I decided to talk to her teacher when I dropped her off this morning because she never has anything bad to say about Taylor when I pick her up so I was confused. Her teacher just started laughing when I told her what Taylor said. She informed me Taylor is one of the quietest and most well behaved kids in the class. If she is stealing crayons and writing on others' work, it's news to her. Is it possible that the child wants a reputation of being the bad kid at 4? I'm just glad she is not misbehaving, but why would she lie to get herself into trouble?

Please remember to vote, there are only 11 days left.

LOL LOL.. oh now that is funny.. well not that she is lieing or wanting to be the bad kid.. but at the age of 4 an imagenation and story telling is a wonderful thing.. shows how smart she is..

I wonder if she was just wanting some extra attention because she saw a kid who did get in trouble and they made a big deal out of it.
She sounds like a smart little girl.

That is kind of cute, but sad. I wonder why she would tell you that. My Taylor is so sweet and would never do anything naughty either.. maybe it is the name :)

Maybe she just wanted you to know she wasn't perfect.
