I wish things would start looking up. I have been dealing with behavior issues, stress, I think I am depressed and I have had a headache for about 5 days now. I have taken just about every otc med out there and nothing gets rid of it. I can get it to dull, but not actually leave. Callee has been up the past three nights in a row and you can tell she isn't feeling good. I couldn't figure out what it was that was wrong with her until last night when she woke up and was barking like a seal. She had croup about 4 times last year so I instantly knew that is what it was. The doctor gave her some steroids so hopefully she will take them and start feeling better soon. I feel like I have been run over by a truck! On top of all of this, boys cover your ears, Ms. flo is in town and quite frankly, I am relieved to see her, but wish she would've waited a little longer. UGH!!!
On the up side, I started a sticker chart for Taylor and she gets a different amount for each behavior, hopefully resulting in some rewards. I started it on Tuesday and so far it seems to be working, but that could be because it is something new. Lets keep our fingers crossed and pray the good behavior continues. I know she doesn't understand, but this is a bad time of year to be rotten anyway. With the weather changing, I turn into an 80 year old woman with arthritic knees. I go back to my surgeon on Monday and hopefully he will give me an anti inflammatory for the pain. I think that has a lot to do with my mood changes. I am human, I know...shocking! Like every other human, when I am sick or in pain, my patience run a little thin. That is one of the biggest things I wish I could change about myself (the patience part, not the human.) Well, I will update you all tomorrow and let you know how the sick one is doing and if the behavior continues to improve. I am going to go try a different pill to get rid of this headache.
